Care Worker Hub was created from years of working closely with care workers and learners and seeing the same challenges come up time and time again.

I’ve spent over 20 years teaching and supporting people in health and social care, and one thing has always stood out to me — care workers are incredibly dedicated, but the learning and qualification process often doesn’t support them in the way it should.

I’ve seen talented, capable people lose confidence, fall behind, or even consider giving up, not because they weren’t good enough, but because they felt overwhelmed, confused, or unsupported. Too often, learning felt like something to “get through” rather than something that actually helped them grow.

Care Worker Hub was created to change that.

This platform is about making learning clearer, kinder, and more realistic for people who already give so much in their roles. It’s about explaining things properly, breaking tasks into manageable steps, and using modern tools — including AI — in a responsible way that supports learning rather than replaces it.
